Seriously? How?
Jenny- I vote Democratic, and in Texas after the primary vote closes we hold precinct caucuses where our precinct elects delegates for each candidate based on vote totals. So, I volunteered to be a delegate and enough people voted for me to do so. I go to our county convention, and then I may continue on after that, but may not.
